Free Reel & Short-Form Content Calendar

A free reel planner for short-form video. Drop your saved hooks and scripts on the day you'll film or post, add notes for everything else, and see your month at a glance. It works right away without an account and saves in your browser. It's a planning board: you still post each video yourself.

Plan a week from ideas

A calendar only helps once you know what goes on it. Here's one way to fill a week:

  1. Pick this week's topics from Content Ideas: 75 ideas across 5 niches (real estate, fitness and wellness, beauty and skincare, ecommerce/DTC, coaches and consultants).
  2. Write an opening for each one with the Hook Generator and save the ones you like.
  3. Turn the keepers into 30- or 60-second scripts with the Script Writer and save those too.
  4. Open a day on the calendar and add each saved hook or script to the day you'll film or post it. Use a note for anything that isn't written yet, like B-roll to grab or a trend to try.

Free Short-Form Content Calendar Template

Prefer a spreadsheet? This free reel planner template gives you 28 rows, one per day for four weeks, with columns for platform, format, idea, hook, script status, filmed, posted and result notes. Add your dates in the first column and track each video on one line from idea to posted, so nothing you've filmed gets forgotten. No email or account needed.

Open it in Google Sheets: start a blank spreadsheet, go to File → Import → Upload, choose the file, then pick Replace spreadsheet. It also opens in Excel. The file is separate from the calendar above, so nothing syncs between them.
